- Round 2: Quick thinking round. Analyse around 6 issues at a time.
- Round 3: Top 4 teams qualify for the Presentation Round.
- Round 1: An NGO reveals a major problem they face. The participants brainstorm in a team of 5 to device a solution.
- Round 2: The NGO screens the solutions provided by the teams and implements them. The winners get to experience the change they triggered!
- Round 1: Startups submit their BPlans.
- Round 2: Top 20 startups present in front of a panel of eminent judges.
- Round 3: Top 5 startups present their B-Plan in front of an investor.
- Round 1: Impromptu selling of products!
- Round 2: Top 10 teams design an advertisement strategy for a given product.

Within an interactive one and a half hour talk you will get to know about an innovation process called "LeanStartup" which is a combination of agile product and customer development methodologies. The talk helps aspiring entrepreneurs to focus on the most risky parts of their start-up idea.
