MAJOR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
The department has all the basic instruments required for Chemistry environmental science laboratory classes as well as for material synthesis and characterization and industrial testing. In addition there are analytical instruments like pH meter, conductivity meter, Cyclic Voltametry apparatus etc.
EQUIPMENT PURCHASED
New equipment purchased recently include fabricated set up for thermo analytical instruments for TG, DTA. High temperature furnace 1400oC, muffle furnace, research grade fume hood, ball mill, vacuum filtration apparatus, hydraulic pellet press, flame photometer etc.
