- Worked as the Coordinator of the consultant team for the Roof Top Solar Energy Project Competition of Mahindra &Mahindra Ltd. Mumbai for assessing the performance of the roof top solar systems designed by 12 manufactures/organizations across India. IRG of Rs. 9 lacs was generated through this task.
- Worked as a member of the Trainer Team for training 10 Mechanical Engineers from John Deer Inc. Pune working on shop floor and design centres in the area of Electrical and Control Systems.
- Working as the TEQIP Coordinator for World Bank assisted Institute project worth Rs.27.5 Crores.
- Working as the Principal Investigator for the Naval Research Board assisted Research Project on Autonomous Underwater Vehcle- Modeling and Controller Design.
- In June 1994, one of my research project proposals was selected at the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay, for funding worth Rs.4.5 lakh. The project was for the indigenous development of systems for the Department of Atomic Energy and was entitled as, “Design and development of a Variable Low frequency Power Supply” This project has been successfully completed by me.
- In April 1993, I have worked as the Co-coordinator for a two week Summer school sponsored by the AICTE, New Delhi in the subject, “Medical Instrumentation- Present Scenario” at T.K. I.E.T. Waranangar.
- I have successfully completed the MODROBS project for the Modernization of the Power Electronics Laboratory by getting a sanction of 5 lakh Rupees from AICTE, New Delhi and establishing an advanced Power Electronics Laboratory with Modern amenities.
- I had worked as the Member of Board of Studies and Member of Faculty in Electronics Engineering at Shivaji University, Kolhapur during 2000-2003.
- I was elected as a Member of Section Managing Committee of Indian Society for Technical Education, Maharashtra and Goa Section during 1994-1997.
- At Government College of Engineering, Pune I have worked as the Chairman, First Year Engineering Admissions during 2003-2006, in which I have worked for the FE admissions of around 1600 students of Maharashtra State.
- I am a co-opted member of Board of Studies in Electrical Engineering at Pune University from March 2011.
- I am a member of Board of Studies in Electrical Engineering at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) from 2017.
- I have worked as the Chairman of First Year Engineering Admissions for Maharashtra State Admissions in years 2003-04, 2005-06, 2006-07.
- I have Headed the Department of Electrical Engineering at College of Engineering, Pune during Nov.2004 to July 2009 and also as Head of Electronics Department at T.K.I.E.T. Warananagar during July 1994 to June 2000.
- I am working as the Co-ordinator for the World Bank sponsored Technical Education Quality Improvement Program-TEQIP- Phase –II at COE,Pune since 2010.
- Working as the Head of Electrical Engineering Department, COEP, from 1st February 2016 till date.
