Achievements:

  1. Best performance in the Subject of Town Planning (Final Year MSBTE Examinations, G.D. Arch.) at Academy of Architecture, Mumbai-400025.
  2. First prize at UIA / UNESCO International Seminar held in 1996 at Academy of Architecture, Mumbai.( Affordable Spaces for Education for All.)
  3. Rank Certificate and Gold Medal for First Rank in M.E.(Town and Country Planning) final examination at University of Pune, Pune.
  4. 75 papers are published in various journals, magazines and national and international seminar proceedings. 12 papers out of these are published in REFEREED Journals and 13 Refereed papers in international symposiums.

1. UIA / UNESCO International Seminar  held in 1996 at Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, India.( Theme: Affordable Spaces for Education for All.)   Participated with the Project Title: “ Affordable Spaces for Education for Children of Sex Workers at Kamathipura, Mumbai, India” and won award for Outstanding Performance.  
2. International Seminar on “ Public Spaces, Bombay” (December 15-16, 1995) at Mumbai, oragnised by Max Muller Bhavan, Mumbai, India, Urban Design Research Institute, Mumbai, India and the Habitat forum, Berlin, Germany. Contributed for the Publication ‘Public Spaces, Bombay’ as a Team Member of Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. (Project: Sarvajanic SpacesPublic Places of Mumbai, India.  
3. University of Pune Workshop on “ Scope and Significance of Town Planning in architecture Curriculum” (26th February 2010) organized by  BKPS College of Architecture, Pune.  Participated as Coordinator of the Workshop.   
4. INTBAU Pune Calibrated Charrette  (March 11-14, 2010) organized by International Network for Traditional Buildings, Architecture and Urbanism, United Kingdom at Department of Town and Country Planning , College of Engineering, Pune. Participated as Keynote Speaker  and Coordinator.   
5. State Level Conference  on “ Teaching of Building Technology and Services in Architecture”( February 25th and 26th, 2011) organized by BKPS College of Architecture, Pune and supported by University of Pune and College of Engineering, Pune. Participated as Co convener of the Conference.    
6.  One Day Seminar on “ Computer Aided Design and Drafting and Its Applications”  (14th March 2011) organized at Regional Training Centre for Dehu Road Cantonment Board (Western and Southern Command), Government of India at Pune. Participated as Coordinator and speaker of seminar.    
7. Received grants from BCUD (University of Pune)  for  Research Project- 2011-2013 on  Barrier Free Campus Planning. Presented the project at Regional Research Conference of University of Pune .
