Programme Educational Objectives
1. To develop problem oriented analysis and solution skills among students through empirical
research.
2. To acquaint the students with statistical modeling and simulation techniques for future trend
analysis and forecasting.
3. To provide opportunities for students to work as a part of team / group member / leader on
multidisciplinary projects.
4. To impart professional as well as administration proficiency among students to withstand in
their professional career.
5. To introduce students with various Engineering related aspects, such as, socio-economic,
technological, ecological-environmental, legal, constitutional, etc.
6. To prepare students for successful careers in the diversified sectors of the Engineering
Profession in accordance with the needs of Public Sector, Private Sector, etc..

Programme Outcomes
a. Understanding advanced concepts of Computer Engineering and the underlying basic
mathematics, science and engineering concepts.
b. Creating appropriate experiments and analyzing their outcomes.
c. Analyzing real life situation and creating design solutions with a system, component, or process
to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social,
political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability
d. Understand intellectual property rights and applying them in an appropriate fashion
e. Understand inter-disciplinary areas and apply that in the problem domains
f. Understand effective communication methods and apply them
g. Analyze contemporary issues
h. Understand need and skills for life-long learning and apply that by learning a liberal area
