1. Dr. D. N. Sonawane (Registrar)

Dr. D. N. Sonawane is an Associate Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at College of Engineering, Pune and head of Department of Instrumentation and Control. He has completed his PhD (Engineering) from University of Pune in 2012 and Post-doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis (USA) and University of Washington Seattle (USA) during January 2014- August 2015. His research focuses on the real-time implementation of computationally complex control algorithms on embedded platforms. His team works on the efficient and robust embedded implementation of on-line and off-line Model Predictive Controller (MPC) on various Embedded platforms. He has wide experience of 21 years in teaching and research.

 

2. Dr. S. D. Agashe (Vice-Chancellor COEP Technological University)

Dr. S. D. Agashe is a Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at College of Engineering Pune. He has completed his PhD (Engineering) from University of Pune in 2007. His research focuses on sensors, process control and automation. Currently he is working on” Virtual Laboratory” project which is funded by MHRD. He has wide experience of 34 years in teaching, research and industry.

 

 

3. Dr. S. L. Patil

Dr. S. L. Patil is a Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering and Dean, Alumni and International Affairs of College of Engineering Pune. He has completed his PhD from IIT Delhi in 2008. His research focuses on power electronics, biomedical, signal processing, and Instrumentation & control. Currently he is working on “Portable intensive care unit setup for rural health infrastructure” project which is funded by Rajiv Gandhi Science & Technology Commission. He has wide experience of 26 years in teaching & research.

 

4. Dr. C. Y. Patil

Dr. C. Y. Patil is a Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. He has completed his PhD from SPPU in 2010. His research focuses on Signal Processing and soft computing and Neural Network. He has wide experience of 26 years in teaching & research.

 

5. Dr. R. D. Kokate

Prof. (Dr.) R. D. Kokate is a Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at College of Engineering Pune. He has completed his Ph.D. (Engineering) from SRTMU, Nanded in 2012. His research focuses on sensors, process control, Signal Processing and soft computing. He has wide experience of 30 years in teaching, research.

 

6. Dr. P. D. Shendge (HOD) 

Dr. P. D. Shendge is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. He has completed his PhD from SRTMU Nanded in 2008. His research focuses on Sliding mode control, Uncertainty and Disturbance Estimation and Robust control and active controls for vehicles. He has wide experience of 25 years in teaching & research.
